●Seven Corners Restaurant. In this restaurant, the food is served in a buffet style that shows different flavors of Western and Eastern Cuisine. My duties here are egg live station, seafood station, steak station,Asian Cuisine station and Italian Cuisine station.

●Cafeteria station. We prepare food for the employees of the hotel. My job was to Mis En Place and fry hundreds of fish, chicken or any other types of meat.

●Main Kitchen. Wherein we handle the functions of the hotel that can cater hundreds to thousands Of people. My duty was to prepare all the ingredients needed, frying chicken or any kind of meat, assisting the chefs and helping to plate all the foods one by one.

● Butchery Station. We are responsible for preparing all kinds of meat, seafoods and marination for the other station of the kitchen.
