Punjab Insurance is an insurance service provide located in the GTA. The client wanted to increase the sales conversion rate from the existing numbers, and our goal was to help them in implementing better customer follow up management systems in the form of Salesforce. The system is still under development has been categorized into two phases. Phase I consists of operational and integration of already existing databases. Project # 2: Implementation of the MS Dynamics - CRM

Client is an elevator sales company located in GTA with operations across the world. The client wanted to migrate from the existing license based CRM to cloud based platform with enhanced featured and functionalities offered by Microsoft platform.

Supported the Product Owner with the gathering of requirements, documentation of User Stories and Acceptance criteria
