JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AT RUN SERVICE INFOCARE PVT LTD: 1. Doing Repair & Rework by using Soldering Irons & Blowers. 2. Expertise in the reworking of L4 level service. 3. Handled confidently all L4 technical responsibility as a Troubleshooting Engineer. 4. Providing hardware solutions for complex faults. 5. Expertise in the reworking of BGA IC’s.

6. Performing Diagnostic Test and OS Test of all the mobiles. 7. Doing Component level testing, troubleshooting and debugging using Multimeter. 8. To teach about the troubleshooting and repair method on the engineers. 9. Maintain the TAT of the devices & Update the daily report to the project manager 10. Upload the software’ s to the phone if not able to the team members. 11. Control the quality issues and Maintain and control the 6S, ESD process. 12. Able to replace all level SMD packages components likes (020,0402,060,etc). 13. Give the on time production support.

14. Checking quality process in mobile PCBs.

15. Taking care of calibration Instruments like ( Digital Multimeter, CRO, DSO, soldering station,

hot air blower, Bottom heater).

16. Root cause analysis for board failures like IDLE current test, Frequency response problems, LTE Max power problems, WCDMA problems, GSMANT issues, Internal short and board functional testing.

17. Giving Training for the newly joined Technicians. 18. Involve in EOL of our successor products .

19. Evaluate DT production activities and make recommendations for improvements . 20. Investigate Problems with team members, Analyse root cause and derive resolutions CURRENT ORGANIZATION -RSI PVT LTD
