Development Engineer
Engineering Optimization Research Group
At EORG as a consulting and inspection group, projects were mostly addressed by automotive and energy sectors. I was supposed to check and validate the quality of the imported products with inspection and material testing to ensure that the goods comply with the requirements of standards and buyers. Materials Engineer, Master Thesis (Part-time)
Research and Development, Volvo Car Group, Sweden
Title: Characterization of properties for thermoplastic alternatives to glass and its use within automotive industry I had to firstly select potential materials and then test them according to Volvo tough requirements, which led to performing seven types of tests including Sun simulation test, UV resistance test, Scratch resistance, Impact Resistance, Humidity test, Heat test and Appearance test.

Materials Engineer
Research and Development, Volvo Car Group, Sweden
At the exterior trim section, I have experienced working with many practical testing like durability testing alongside with CAE analysis of composite materials used in engine. My role was to investigate the reasons why engine under shield of some of the cars that were under production got failed. I implemented CAE for stress analysis and performed different mechanical testing. Jun 2012 –

My role was to investigate tribological properties of materials used in thrust washer applications manufactured in Schaeffler plant in Germany. Bruker Tribolab was used to study friction coefficient change with different parameters. Graduate Co-op
Transmission Subsystems Design, Schaeffler Group,
Ohio, USA
Failures in some One-Way Clutch applications (roller pop-out) while being used in cars encouraged Schaeffler to
fundamentally investigate design parameters affecting friction coefficient in OWC applications. Design of a test setup which sits on an Instron Tensile machine and execution of DOE with Minitab and testing based on the DOE were the tasks assigned prior to data analysis.
