warranty agreement.

•Follow up all purchase orders with the suppliers and shipping arrangements. Develop and maintain

relations with vendors to ensure best discounts and deliveries.

•Evaluate and Submission of invoices to Accounting for timely payments.

•Prepare accurate reports for management Requirements,

•Managing maintenance teams for different fields (civil, MEP and others).

•Providing Logistics support to different departments and sites.

•Supporting Accounts and Finance Department for clearance of supplier’s invoices and relevant

•Assist audits of supplier’s invoices and month-end processing to incorporate finance accruals.
