Conducted training for all regarding food safety,hygiene and house keeping every Saturday.Each one should talk about quality, how to improve,suggestins welcome.

Mock drills conducted once in six months to train them in case of emergency.

A fight happened between group of workers& HR of the company regarding salary and over time dispute.called them to the board room,held discussions for 1.5 days, solved the problem

QUALITY:Plastic drums given to store empty gunny bags and raw material bags.
