Duties included management of all sector HR functions, including supervision of a staff of 10-15 HR professionals nationwide. Supported senior sector management in all aspects of the business including financials, office and facilities management, strategic workforce planning, people management and development, workplace relations, compensation equity, and extensive proposal and new business support. This involved succession planning and development of talent; workplace relations globally; talent acquisition and retention strategy; employee engagement principals and measurement; diversity, equality and inclusion factors; international HR requirements; compensation including incentives, rewards and analysis; merger and acquisition strategy and transitioning; training, higher education and certification initiatives; and advanced problem solving.
