Job Description:-
Frisking, HHMD& WMD.
Screening of Cargo (General/Perishable/Express)
Air way Bill checking.
Cargo supervision.
Controlling and Monitoring of duty staff.
Screening of Courier& Mail baggage of Local& Foreign Air Line.
Valuable Cargo escorting.
Cargo handover to related party.
Monitored and reported suspicious activities to local authorities.
Operated X ray machines to detect Bomb designers, guns& Knifes.
Investigate and plan the most appropriate route for a shipment, taking account of the perishable of hazardous nature of the goods, cost, transit time and security.
Obtaining, checking and preparing documentation to meet customs and verify the packing specifications, and compliance with overseas countries regulations.
Professional Qualification:
Diploma in IATA-UFTAA Foundation Course (Montreal, September 2014).
Six Months Diploma Course in Travel and Tourism Management, from Akbar Academy of airline Studies. Thiruvanthapuram.

Training Profile:
Refer to OAG and IATA publications for travel and airport information when required.
Perform seat reservation transaction for walk-in and phoned customer requests.
Print and issue the IATA airline tickets for walk in customers or their messengers.
Perform single and group bookings as requested.
Make accurate airline quotation according to airline tariff structure for the routing, class of service and application of loyalty program discounts when applicable.
Process customer courteously and in accordance with booking and ticketing service standards.
