Handled training in Instrumentation detail engineering which involves understanding P&IDs, Preparation of Instrument index and I/O list, Selection of field instruments, Preparation of Hook ups and loop diagrams using AutoCAD, Area classification. Instrumentation detail engineering using ProDok software by Rosberg, Sizing of control valves, differential pressure elements, Thermowell using CONVAL software . PROJECT DETAILS :

Completed one year apprenticeship as Graduate apprentice(Instrumentation) during the installation and commissioning of Cryogenic subsystem test facility and worked in the same centre as engineer on contract basis. Instrumentation commissioning works at Cryogenic subsystem test facility. Maintenance of Field Instruments like pressure transmitters, RTD, control valves, level transmitters, flow transmitters etc . Glanding, termination, continuity, loop checking and Commissioning. Monitoring and control of process using PC based control system and Wonderware Intouch SCADA.

Worked as Service Engineer in Autonum Controls pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, was assigned works such as Trouble shooting and servicing of various electronic cards such as Process control instruments, DCS Systems and PLC in Petrochemical, Oil- Refinery, Fertilizer and Power Generation Plants & Textile Machinery. Worked as Production engineer in Process Precision Instruments in Vasai,Thane and was assigned works such as Instrument testing, caliberation, fault finding and rectifications of temperature/process controllers/indicators etc.with components assembling - soldering at some extent . Maintaining required record for an ISO 9001- 2000 standard.
