Conduct daily checking and ensure that all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and all equipment are in good and safe conditions.
Maintain the entire facility, including the physical building structure, all mechanical equipment – chillers, boilers, HVAC systems and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventive maintenance programs.
