Project Manager –Various Locations (Domestic and Internationally) 1993-Present
Operations manager responsible for training individuals, teams and units from the Army, Air Force, and civilians to conduct Global Air and Missile Defense missions throughout multiple domestic and overseas locations.
2015-2020 (Europe) Coordinated, planned, and executed the establishment of 6 new Air Defense Artillery units within the European theatre.
Responsible for receiving, inventorying, issuing, and hand receipting out over $200 MIL worth of new equipment to 4 different locations in less than 16 months.
Developed training programs of instruction on safe operations of various equipment for 500 new employees including 100 international students, yearly for the past 10 years.
2013-2015 (South Korea) Planned, coordinated and performed the movement of over 250 pieces of rolling stock to remote training locations throughout peninsula with no incidents.
Charged with establishing living, dining, and maintenance facilities for over 500 personnel twice every year for 1 month at a time for 3 years in a row.
Served as Safety manager liaison to Senior Leaders, ensuring safe operations of vehicles and personnel to travel over 5,000 miles in less than 6 months.
Oversaw the yearly inventory process that allowed each specific unit to save $100,000 on average yearly.
