KAPSARC is an iconic project located in Riyadh city designed by world famous architect (Zuha Hadid). • Took over management of the boiler plant operations consisting of 9 boilers, 2 steam generators and supervised the replacement of 3 old boilers to the instillation of 2 larger ones to manage capacity more efficiently.

• Management of a team of 45 Engineers, Supervisors, Foreman, Technical and Support staff

• 4 month project working on attaining 3 the accreditations as below, ensuring compliance, assisting engineering to write the policies and procedures

· JCIA Joint Commission international Association – 4 month project

· Canadian Accreditation and Australian Accreditation which were made easier fur to the preparation for the JCIA

• Created the Preventative Maintenance Management schedule yearly and divided this by buildings and floors and achieved 100% on time delivery through the entire period.

• Recruitment drives to India, Pakistan, Philippines, Jordan, Lebanon and Dubai 2 to 3 times a year

• Conduct all performance reviews for staff on a 2 year cycle

• Designed and implemented a complete induction and rotation system for best selection of staff

• Created an intensive course covering all aspects of HVAC and Engineering maintenance in a hospital with special attention to requirements for process and procedures.

• Assisted to develop the processes and systems required for the management considering the sensitive nature of the clients, and staff in the hospital grounds.

• Upgraded the maintenance department to cover a 24/7 operation including an increase of head count by 10 additional staff.

• Requested by Senior Management to be the Head of Daily Progress for the development of the Oncology Construction Project including the startup, balancing, management of contractors, for 24 Chiller, 210 tons each, 80 Air Handling Units and 450 Fan Cooling Units and completed the project 3 months prior to the goal.
