Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings and commercial correspondence.

Input Documents data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.

Generate the various document control reports as required.

● Develop Photocopies / Binding and transmitting of documents as part of client’s submission

● Understand and manage Client EDMS system

● Assist with the general project administration

● Liaise with Project Management & team, Client and Sub-contractors effectively and resolve problems and issue’s relating to documentation

● To maintain a safe and secured working environment within Document Control

Maintain the files, Control Logs and MasterDocument Registers.

Preparing Material Submittals for all required projects.

Handling and preparing Tender Technical Documents for Tender Projects

Preparing Pre-Qualification documents for client company approval. Other task handled;

Follow up Outgoing LPO and make sure it will deliver on either to our Store / Warehouse or direct to site location as required.

Follow up Incoming LPO and make sure all materials and/or Units was delivered, installed regardless on the payment status as advice.

Gate Pass / Security Pass coordinator – make sure all required was comply and submitted to concern person.

Preparing monthly time sheet.

Sending and making Inquiries and Quotations for several of suppliers and customers.
