Served as primary People advisor in the Manila Center partnering with Country and Regional leadership. Responsible for developing strategic and tactical imperatives that support stakeholder business plans as well as providing strong leadership and direction to team members to ensure that business priorities are met. Provides leadership on Employee and Labor Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Development and Talent Acquisition as well as Mergers and Acquisitions.
Key Contributions
Focused on 18 months’ worth of backlogs in my first 3 months effectively eliminating all known and potential risk and compliance issues. Redesigned door-to-floor process resulting in a 20% reduction of talent acquisition costs, significantly improved timelines to hire for commodity roles (22 days from 45days), and improved overall onboarding experience by 65% (via new hire survey results).
Created, developed and launched the Transformational Leadership program - a leadership development program focused on improving decision-making and cross- functional skills by expanding understanding broader business knowledge, global perspectives, and leadership insights withing to allow future DHL leaders to be ready to create an agile culture that embraces digital transformation and implement strategies that drive breakthrough innovation.
Redesigned the HR Services Delivery Model by creating #HRConnect – an HR Request Portal funneling all HR requests through a single pipeline enabled by multi-tiered support on the back-end. This multi-tiered support model also allowed for self-service functions through automation. The automation initiative is valued at the cost of 2 entry-level FTE (VirtualFTE).
