To analyze the performance of MEMS devices such as accelerometer (conventional and comb-drive), microcantilever,microbridge and thermal actuator under various temperatures and pressures, using equivalent circuit simulation approach.

To develop a simple circuit model for the study of squeezed film damping in MEMS structure.

To evaluate the performance of various gases and identify the best damping medium for MEMS accelerometer.

To determine the characteristics of bimetallic thermal actuator under different combinations of materials.

To evolve a simplified electrical equivalent circuit model for modal analysis (spatial variations) in MEMS cantilever.
