I identified an issue with our scrapping of fasteners. They would fall on the floor and production would just throw them away. We took all fasteners and placed them in boxes. We would take them to Goodwill on a weekly basis. They would sort and rebox. We were able to reuse fasteners, saving us money, and creating work for employees of Goodwill.

Petitioned and received TS16949 Certification
