Initiated $300,000 transportation savings by initiating new delivery method for interior trim coming from Mexico. (Trim used to come in containers. Created a “Trailer Bag” which trim was stacked on the floor and was able to decrease deliveries by 33% while receiving same volume of trim)

I identified an issue with our scrapping of fasteners. They would fall on the floor and production would just throw them away. We took all fasteners and placed them in boxes. We would take them to Goodwill on a weekly basis. They would sort and rebox. We were able to reuse fasteners, saving us money, and creating work for employees of Goodwill.

Petitioned and received TS16949 Certification

Responsible for ISO 14001 certification. Received certification for transportation of hazardous materials
