Manufacturing consisted using an overhead crane for cleaning and oiling metal forms in which the burial vaults are molded in. The forms are then filled with cement using an outside concrete mixer company, which will then be dried for a few hours before the last details are needed to produce a high-quality burial vault. The vaults are loaded on an International T Frame Truck and are then delivered to anywhere in the Northern Illinois area (approx. 100 mi radius from Sterling IL). We also would do graveside and burial services for families and funeral homes which would include a tent, chairs, tissues and many other items.
