Recruited to vitalize an aging product category, with new product line extensions of football protective, apparel (including uniforms), and accessories. o Managed P&L and led business category strategy, resulting in a 600% revenue growth in a 24-month period. o Secured placement in over 1400 retail locations in the first 12 months of product marketing strategy, resulting in over $12 million in annual sales program with Walmart. o Directed the ideation, design, and development of a full line of padded protective apparel, football gloves, shoulder pads, and mouthguards, which led to 3 patent pending technologies. o Led the brand development and multi-channel brand strategy for go-to-market, sponsorships, and promotions for team dealer, sporting goods, mass market, specialty, and direct to consumer / ecommerce channels of distribution.

Sr. Director, Marketing and Global Product Management 2011 – 2012

o Established, defined, and directed global strategy for product development, product line management, and channels of distribution in the US, Europe and Asia.

o Directed cross functional teams in R&D, product line development, supply chain, international sourcing, and manufacturing to implement corporate product strategy which led to a 30% reduction of non-performing inventory and 5% gross margin increase.
