Responsibilities

Installations of all electrical works were carried out as per approved shop Drawings ensuring compliance with safety requirements and as per Standards.

Coordinate with Mechanical, Civil, Architect Engineers discuss technical Aspects of electrical system with contactor towards successful completion of Project.

Electrical equipment’s selection (Transformer, Generator, motor, bus duct, Capacitor bank, UPS, etc.). as per local and NEMA,IES,BS Standard regulation And verify the systems according to the site Requirement’s.

Cable sizing, breaker selection and sizing according to the load analysis,earthing systems, lightning Protection system, voltage drop calculations, as Per local and NEC standards and regulations.

Coordinating with low voltage systems – CCTV and access control systems, Public addressable systems, audio visual system, passive Network, Electronic security systems, ICT systems.

Installation and cable termination of LT/HT switch gears and LT Panels-MLTP/MLTB, MSB, SMSB, DB &PCC, MCC etc.

Reviewing material availability every day and reporting the status Instantly.

Give guidance to drafting team during the making of shop drawing& as built drawings as per actual conditions of site for better planning

Coordinate with foremen/supervisors for the fast progress work on site implementation of advanced system and material available in market as per the requirement and daily site inspection.

Following higher management time schedules instructions and advices, Reporting work field conditions problems and statues to higher management, following activities of other departments in site.

Conduct inspections for quality control and quality assurance programme, reporting, finding and recommendations.

Planning and execution on the electrical side for MEP projects closely monitoring the construction activities, attending weekly meeting with other Engineers in site.
