YouLend ApS ~ £5 million closed in Cash Advance contracts
• In December 2017 we merged companies with YouLend Aps, moving into shared offices in August 2018. YouLend are a leading European fin-tech company, and combining their B2B lending technology with our existing customer portfolio and introducer network helped us become the leading Merchant Cash Advance provider in Europe.
• In addition to supporting the Sales Director and CCO with establishing and maintaining new partnerships, I was responsible for the daily management of our single largest introducer of new business. This included everything from the calling of warm leads, e-mail blasts, direct mail drops, inbound application management, and daily/monthly/quarterly reporting to both sets of company owners and directors. The campaign performed at roughly 130% ahead of expected budget.
• In its first month the above campaign funded 5 initial loans for roughly £40,000, 18 months later we were closing 30-45 initial loans for roughly
£320,000 per month.
• As a company we went from the previous levels of around £1 million per month in funded loans to consistently reaching £4-5 million.

• In 2013 I was headhunted to help start a new lending company. Our initial team of 2 eventually grew to 23 staff members. I was predominantly responsible for the running of the Sales Department and building the full sales process and customer journey from start to finish.
• I ran the full implementation and maintenance of Salesforce CRM. Responsible for training and development of all Sales Department employees.
• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing introducers.
• One of three senior personnel responsible for the authorisation and approval of daily bank transfers related to both loans issued and the loan repayment process.
