Title : Static sifter sieve manufacturing for glenmark pharmaceutical Description : manufacturing of static silicon moulded sifter sieves for pharmaceutical industries. The silicon rubber of food grade quality is used and is moulded by compression moulding process using specific dies and adequate temperature and pressure for curing. The static sieves are checked for accuracy .The hardness and the specifications of the moulded silicon are verified and documented in testing reports.

Title : Manufacturing of conical mills and multimills for sifting industry Description : manufacturing of pure SS 316 grade conical mills and multi mills for pharmaceutical food and chemical industries. The material is tested for ss316 grade steel. Design is layed out for the size and structure of different mills and screens. using spot welding procedures the screens are welded and finished using abrasives and polishing machines . Duration : 6 months
