Samtrac Qualified HSE Specialist with more than 5 years of experience in HSE, ranging from working in a Factory to Renewable Energy Projects to Construction of a University in Rwanda. Duties/Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure that all the HSE Requirements/ Standards on site are met/implemented.

Ensure that the HSE File is updated and all applicable information is communicated.

Ensure all applicable Signage is placed across site.

Ensure that Site Inspections are done Daily and Task Specifically.

Arranging Mandatory Toolbox Talks for the work force regarding any issues found on site.

Performing Toolbox Talks daily with all of the employees.

Conducting Incident Investigations and compiling Flash Reports.

Ensuring that the PPE Store is always stocked. (Procurement)

Inspecting Machinery and Equipment on site to ensure safety.

Weekly Client/Contractor site meetings and site walks.

Implementing a Scaffolding standard on site, from scratch, successfully.

Training employees in working at heights safety and general site safety.

Handling HR matters, Compiling man hours, submitting payroll, conducting Hearings, handling employee grievances. (HR)

Monthly/ Reporting to HSE Manager, e.g. Stats, incidents and/or environmental issues.
