Merger Integration:

Enabled future inorganic growth of a multi-national, multi-billion Consumer Package Good Manufacturer by developing a comprehensive set of tools, templates and checklists to facilitate divisions within the manufacturer to independently integrate acquired businesses

Developed a single future state billing process for a Government Contractor by assessing multiple billing processes of acquired business and developing recommendations and a roadmap to a unified billing process

Financial Management:

Provided cost visibility of $600 Million of IT by improving intercompany billing issues to a multi-national, multi-billion Consumer Package Good Manufacturer. Identified root causes for billing complexity and lack of transparency, developed recommendation to improve, standardize and improve intercompany billing processes and roadmap

Developed and implemented the overall strategy for AT&T mobility to roll out national “Service Depots” which provided customer care and expedited warranty returns. Manager for a $2.2 M “First-Of-A-Kind” engagement that deployed initial experience stores for AT&T following the rebrand from Cingular. Oversaw five IBM teams with 20+ practitioners which designed customer experience strategy, developed interactive experiences, designed store operating processes, wrote and implemented training, and installed all store technology. Energy and Utilities Engagements Examples

Enabled the implementation of a demand response system (a key part of some “smart grid” implementations). Project managed an 11-person team to develop requirements for business processes needed for operations of a demand response system. Project also included change management, architecture assessment, and equipment deployment and configuration processes. (Process and Tech)

Led Smart Grid-Implementation Road Map engagement for a mid-size utility planning a multi-state implementation. Worked closely with the client to identify the major long term goals of Smart Grid and identify a comprehensive road map given the business, regulatory environment and customer environment (Process)

Developed integrated methodology for the electric utilities to design demonstration centers to showcase transformational technologies being deployed (e.g. Advanced Meter Infrastructure-AMI) to regulators, customers and utilities. Sold and managed pilot deployment of methodology at PHI -Pepco Holdings Inc. (Tech)
