Chevron Refinery, Richmond, CA- January 2018 – March 2018
Started Working a Turnaround in the DHT (Diesel Hydrotreating )Unit. Demo sections of pipe, installing new lines to increase the production supply. Replaced valves, gaskets & hardware. welding processes used tig & stick
April 2018 – November 2018
Pre Fabricate HIUP Piping System for the SISO (South Isomax) Unit. Worked in an on-site Fab shop Fitting and Welding Heavy Wall Pipe sizes 2" all the way to 12" Sch. 160, using rollout machines to make welds using tig/stick welding process. The entire job was 100% X-ray quality. Also Built a small upgrade system out of Hastelloy 686/Inconel C276 2"Pipe Sch. 80. as well as 304 Stainless Steel Pipe sizes 2", 3", 4", 6" & 8" sch.40.
Started the fall turnaround in October which we installed all the Pre-Fabricated HIUP piping system for the hydrogen heater Units 8, 9 & 10.
Dakota Gasification Co. Beulah, ND- May 2017 – October 2017
Worked a Turnaround for a contractor. Replacing 42" Sch. 40 Liquid Air Pipe & valves, layout, demo and prep for installation of new pipe, valves & supports. Using 6010 Root and 7018 Stick Welding Processes. Combo Pipe Welder on the Urea Expansion Project fitting and welding in the Green Field. Installing piping systems & supports throughout the entire project.
Tesoro Refinery, Mandan, ND- April 2017- May 2017
Working a Turnaround hired through a contractor. Layout, demo old piping system & add in new lines, fit & weld tie-in points, replacing valves, gaskets & hardware. Welding in the piping racks throughout the combo unit using tig/stick welding processes with 100% X-Ray Quality.
Flour Maintenance, Plant Vogtle, Waynesboro, GA- June 2016 – April 2017
Worked in the Turbine Island Building #3, Would layout, fit and weld main steam heavy wall pipe & supports, condenser Box A, B & C cooling piping return system pipe & supports, installed waste water piping & supports. Using tig & stick welding processes on carbon, stainless and chrome materials.

Working contract to finish up the punch list, welding guides, stops, pipe shoes and supports where need be.
