Worked as a Material coordinatorin Elmec Engineering on KNPC CFP Project, Mina Abdullah, Kuwait from 18/04/2017 to 07/04/2019. (After completion of the Project).
JOB PROFILE (Responsibilities):-
Understanding project Scope of Work and ensuring compliances with clients.
Site co-ordination, Overall planning, Controlling, Monitoring & Execution.
Controlling Manpower mobilization, Material stock & Material fabrication.
Prepare Contract documents and evaluate Quotation for industrial construction.
Examine the P & ID drawing, Isometric drawing, Plant Layout drawing & Support details drawing for limit clarification and location.
Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all crews at site.
Supervising the project site daily and pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at site that may arise at any time.
Communicating with clients for site preparedness and requirements at the site.
Ensuring that all materials are being used according to the specifications, managing and monitoring the design of supplied contract documents.
Attends regular meeting with client and consultants to provide update on project progress.
Develop re-work/damage standards, schedules and programs and provide guidance to industrial maintenance crews and prepare invoice for the same.
Coordinating with the Procurement department for issuing Purchase Orders to ensure timely delivery of the materials.
Selecting the best quality raw materials at the best prices to make sure that the execution of the job is as per budget.
Reporting Weekly Revenue, Weekly Operation & Daily Operation to the higher management.
Involve in implementation of Quality Control Plan and Procedure.
Preparing material Take-off in both piping's and equipment before making material purchase.
Preparing Daily and Weekly progress plan and schedule.
Review monthly progressive invoice with respect to the Bill of Quantities.
