Duties & Skills • MEP (Mechanical, Plumping and Electrical) & EPC (Engineering, procurement and construction) knowledge.

• Manage and supervise the MEP activities, subcontractors activities and any specialist supplier to ensure their execution work done based on the approved shop drawing, approved plan schedule and project specification.

• Prepare and review daily report, progress report, Manpower histogram, two week look ahead, preparing and updating BOQ by verifying the Takeoff quantities, review invoices for subcontractor…etc.

• Participates in all aspects of the project management for the electrical works including, planning, quantity surveyor, cost control, procurement, value engineering, Subcontractor issue, QA/QC, meeting and reporting.

• Implement/Execute all electrical work as per approved drawing and ensure to deliver all material to site, manage the site team, and coordinate with other trade.

• Prepare Technical Material Submittal and coordinate with specialist supplier to submit their prequalification for approval.

• Record delays to the works and assist in the valuation of claims

• Review and revise the Design Drawing(High Current, Low Current, Infrastructure & ICT), Tender Packages, Specifications and BOQ's.

• Prepare and Monitor the submittal of all Electrical Shop Drawings, Technical Query and site clarification needed in accordance with Engineering Team.

• Supervise the installation of Electrical Work such as RMU, Transformer, Switchgear, Panel Board, MV/LV Cable laying & termination and other electrical component as per drawing and specs and to be inspected by Engineer.

• IT Skills: MS Office, AutoCAD, Plan Swift and other software related to design study.
