Was among the main leads in designing and implementing the Clinical audit tool ensuring its compliance with the regulatory standards.
Successfully streamlined hospital-wide policies and procedures with regards to reported incidents and patient complaints. Researched, Integrated and implemented an electronic incident reporting and complaints reporting system. Was also the lead investigator for clinical incidents and complaints and efficiently conducted Root Cause Analysis for Sentinel events & several in-depth analysis for near-miss events.
Efficiently assisted in updating the Corporate Risk Registers based on intense research from the industry. Rationalized Hospital-wide Disaster Management Plan in coordination with the Senior Management Team and was in charge of presenting monthly reports on Risk Management and Quarterly reports to the Executive Committees.
