Turnaround COO Interim- for a precision components manufacturer (automotive / aerospace) - Recruited as an independent advisor (COO) to help turn around this privately-owned $250 million manufacturer of stamped and machined precision components for the automotive, aerospace and medical devices industries.

Proctor and Gamble – RFID Strategy and Process Engineering / RFID-SAP Integration Strategies - Management Strategy Advisor for the RFID Tag Program: Identify sales patterns and translate these into production, demand planning, replenishment, distribution and fraud prevention initiatives; estimated annual savings of $ 150M

Apple – led the circular economy strategy for Apple – recuperate rare earth materials and recycle those in new products- leading to a guarantee of availability ion light of trade issues with originating countries, saving $ 156million in the process, and enabling the tracking component with blockchain technology

FedEx – led the identification and disposal of fake MRO parts and components (12% identified on a $ 56billion inventory) by enabling all components with blockchain-enabled tracking mechanisms, thus certifying the authenticity of manufacture and origin
