(TDEM) Managed 314 staff during hurricane Harvey and over $1.0 Billion budget and grant awards for the individual assistance disaster grant program. Directly managed teams of staff Hot Line, Eligibility, Investigations, Administrative, Disaster Case Management, U.S. Repatriation Program with Federal DOD, State Department and Federal HHS/ACF.
