Involved in the development of first stage boost PFC and second stage active clamp forward converter.

Implemented the minor schematics changes for second revision.

Involved in the qualification testing of power supply for the customer. 2. Design and development of 250W DC-DC power supply (40V-72V input- 12Vout/21A) Team size: 3

Detailed Design calculation such as Efficiency, temperature rise, and hold up time calculations through “MATHCAD”.

Involved in components selection for active clamp forward converter.

Involved in component placement and layout routing with the support of lead engineer.

Involved with software team to Developed software code for monitoring, controlling and external I2C communications .

Involved in qualifying power supply for EMI/EMC, surge, thermal test.

Involved with thermal engineer to run the simulation of the product and worked with designing the heat sinks .

Successfully made the card for production.

3. Design and development of 370W DC-DC power supply for Remote Radio House (40V-60V input – 12Vout/3.3A, 28Vout/10.7A, 24Vout/1A ) Team size : 2

Design calculation such as Efficiency, temperature rise, hold up time calculations through “MATHCAD”.

Selection and testing of DC-DC modules.
