Operational CFO for $550M PE acquired division, 2,100 employees, 5 plants (3 Canada, 1 S. Korea, 1 China). Dual reporting to JE CFO and Divisional President:

-Enhanced EBITA (8 to 11%) through disciplined revenue / contract management, refreshed quotation process, ongoing resource rationalization, continuous operational improvements to offset inflation and internal controls.

-Reduced capex (increasing ROCE by 4%).

Group Vice President Finance – FSTech Group, Irvine, CA 2010 – 2011

Operational CFO, $140M, 550 employees, 12-sites newly acquired division. Directed global team of 22 and reported to the CFO and Group President. Responsible for post-acquisition integration, capital reduction, JDE Implementation, facility consolidation. Developed Group financial planning/analysis and credit function for the 6 acquisition target companies. Integrated finance function of 2 acquisitions into Group Finance.

-Cost reduction of $3M during 2010 integration, including implementing shared services for AP, AR, and Payroll.

-Developed and executed $5.4M Revenue opportunity, Brazil entry strategy.
