To whom it may concern,

Attached to this cover letter please find a copy of my professional resume. I ask that you review the skills, knowledge and abilities listed therein with the fore knowledge gained from reading the below paragraph.

While my resume accurately describes me as a studious, high achieving, newly graduated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) it fails to communicate my maturity, loyalty and caring nature. My initial career aspirations were to become a commercial artist. Yet motherhood redirected my career path to the restaurant, bar and catering industry. As an accomplished, single mother of a successful young adult, my early career choices allowed me to provide my child with a parochial education and a stable loving home. My years of experience in a demanding customer service industry has offered me an appreciation for business administration and the importance of team work, loyalty, reliability and compassion.

My life has been dedicated to helping and serving people. If provided the opportunity, I would bring to your company a creative, intelligent, hardworking OTA dedicated to quality patient care that achieves the highest level of patient independence. If you have any questions or would like to schedule an interview, please call me at 443-***-****.

Sincerely,

Sandra Cecil
