• Used an internal database, Internet sites and referrals to source active and passive candidates for contract, contract-to-perm, and permanent positions.

• Talking to the consultants about the requirement and their availability.

• Maintained relationships with consultants as well as building a network or potential qualified consultants for future opportunities.

• Responsible for coordinating client interviews. Informs the qualified candidate of interviewing date, time, contact, directions to client location and any additional information that might be helpful for candidate.

• Contact candidates for interviews if available.Maintains candidate profiles in the company's database.

• Maintaining database of candidates sourced from portals, LinkedIn and network building.

• Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports.

• Reaching out for the maximum number of requirements which are open in the market.

• Coordinating with the consultant In order to know their comfortableness with the requirement before submitting to the Vendor

• Negotiate rates With the Vendors/ Clients.

• Responsible for support activities for business development of the client.

• Responsible for research on various projects. Kept client data updated on a daily basis and reported directly to the client. Communicated by phone and electronically with client.

• Excellent sourcing skills using job boards and networking sites.

• Follow-up with Vendor to confirm their Date of Joining and keep the respective departments informed of the same.
