Construction of piling & Civil Work for the first-ever green residential city in the heart of Muscat consisting of 122 villas divided into three Categories Type A (Two Villa), Type B3 (Three Villa), Type B4 (Four Vila) & Facility Building Including Basement Parking & Swimming Pool.

Project Title: DISTRICT COOLING PLANT

Project with a contract value of about 0.5 Million OMR with built up area 3460 sqm in a land area of 2500 sqm located in Mabelah, Muscat with two floor levels & basement. The project includes Cooling Tower, GRP Tank, Reverse Osmosis Tank, Under Ground Pump Room, Combo Water Proofing with Light Weight Concrete, Chiller Plant Room. The sub-structure consists of isolated foundations, Equipment plinths, grade slab, stub columns, trenches for chilled water pipes & electrical conduits etc. Super structure includes the columns with a size of 700 x 700 mm & maximum height of 12m, staircase from basement to second floor level & conventional slab designed for taking loads of chiller plant equipment and electrical components. Part of the building consists of steel structural members for supporting 3 numbers of cooling fans based on MEP requirements.

Example: Transmittals, Inspection Request, Material Inspection Request, Material Submittal, Method Statement, Correspondences, Shop Drawing Submittal (Civil, MEP), As Built Drawings.

Affix receiving stamps on all correspondence, Transmittal Sheets, recording the date and time of receipt as well as signature. A copy of the received correspondence & transmittal sheets should be returned to the originator (Client, Sub Contractor & or Supplier).

To control all non-Admistrative documents such as Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, Specifications, Instructions and procedures received from Clients, Subcontractors, suppliers as well as documents originated by the company

Classification, sorting, filing, copying, archiving & retrieval of drawings.

Receiving & Distributing incoming & outgoing documents & Mails.

Incoming & outgoing documents maintaining for appropriate records and registers for follow up and control
