Major Functions

1.Attend Daily meetings with Production team and confirms Critical activities with Operations Activity Coordinator and prepares Job Packages within the day as well as 5-Day Look ahead PPM activities.

2.Performs Daily tool box talks within the crew of technicians and allocate Daily Maintenance activities to my assigned technicians.

3.Follow-up status of daily maintenance task and updates thru SAP system and Primavera P6 including completion by actual manhours, materials used prior to closing out of WORK ORDERS.

4.Scheduling of departmental technician’s shift.

5.Receives daily Work Packages for Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and ensure all required supporting documents is available (Rigging plans (if any), Isometric drawings, P&ID’s, maintenance procedures) etc.

6.Ensures material availability and verify physically prior to MAT9 and SCH9 releasing.

7.Directly reporting to Maintenance Superintendent and gives report in Daily basis especially on-going critical maintenance activities as well as Pit-stop and Turnaround.

8.Follow-up incoming major activities with Planners and Schedulers for effective execution, participates in on-site survey with Maintenance engineers and Planners for effective planning and execution of Pit stop and Turnaround that will be assigned in Technicians.

9.Attends Weekly Leadership Meetings with higher management to tackle In-progress/ upcoming activities, updates of Weekly KPI’s and Safety issues within the Plant units.

10.Participates in submitting proposals/suggestions within our organization for improvements and carries-out implementation.

11.Performs review of existing maintenance procedures and updates thru re-validating on-site during execution and submit to MOC (Management of Change) Board for any changes.

12.Assist my technicians in re-installation, troubleshooting of all operations and facilities equipment (Air Compressor, Steam turbines, Dryers, Drums and Vessels, Reactors and Cooling Towers) etc.

13.Ensures all Compliance and Non-compliance Routine jobs will be executed and completed within the Basic Finished date

14.Participates in Major Overhauling of Rotating Equipment such as 36/60 Month PPM activities.

15.Participates in conducting Weekly Housekeeping Audit, LCS (Life Critical Standard) Audit and SWP (Safe Work Permit) Audit within the organization and input all observations thru Company access system.

16.Performs Pit-stop activities and other Major Plant Turnaround like Boilers, Economizers, Alstom NID filter bag replacement, HFO (Heavy Fuel Oil Filter cartridge replacement.

17.Evaluates and analyze equipment failure in all Rotating and Static equipment like Compressors, Turbines, Pumps, Lime day bin Silo and Byproduct Silo including conveyors and Loading spout to identify and eliminate recurring maintenance problems.

18.Commissioning and installation of new equipment like oil purifier centrifuge pump for oil sweetening of Lube oil systems for team turbines as well as modification and improving of existing equipment.

19.Enhance equipment longevity through strategic repair and maintenance.

20.Observed occupational hazards and necessary safety precautions within Workshops and Site Plants and assist in establishing safety and preventive maintenance programs.

21.Communicates and collaborate with other Craft Supervisor for a Start to Start task within different personnel crafts (Mechanical/Instruments/Electrical) in able to minimize time delay of obtaining SWP (Safe Work Permit) for Permit Issuers prior to execution.

22.Communicate and collaborate to other external resources such as Rigging, Insulation and Scaffolding team, Reliability and Inspection team that will require their support as per plan.

Major Functions:

Perform Pit-stop/ Turnaround activities including equipment overhauling of Sweeping air Blowers, Main Lube oil pumps.

Perform overhauling of Dust mixer conveyor including bearing replacement, Gearbox inspection and cleaning of mixer shaft.

Perform CSE inspection along with the Asset Integrity and Reliability team and conduct meeting for path forward based on the findings.

Perform Burner inspection and cleaning of burner tubes by manual or pressure washing as recommended by Asset Integrity team.

Perform 60 Month PPM in ID and FD fan (Turbine Drive/ Motor Drive) including equipment opening of Steam turbine prior to internal parts inspection (sleeve bearings, shaft seals, oil seals, labyrinth seals, etc.)

Major Functions

1. Performs maintenance PPM and repair of Atlas Copco Compressor, Alstom Compressor, Sundyne Vertical pump, ITT and Flowserve Centrifugal pump, Fin fans and facilities equipment.

2. Perform Balancing of Rotor shaft including Blowers, Centrifugal pumps and motor rotors.

3.Receives Daily Work Orders and allocate craft technician for execution.

4.Prepare Job Request a day ahead prior to job execution the next day.

8.Performs repair maintenance in Gas and Liquid Wells piping including minor equipment such as Reciprocating pumps, HVAC Units, Positive Displacement 2 stage compressor and Diesel Generators.

9. Participates in Emergency Response Drill as per company safety awareness program.

10.Handing over of on-going maintenance task as well as in-scheduled PPM with rotational Back-up Foreman as per company policy of 60/15 rotational schedule (60 Days On/ 15 Days Off).
