• Bay Area Employment Dynamics - Using resume data to question if obtaining a degree from UC Berkeley leads to better out- comes in the long run. Using propensity score matching on data to observe the differences between a Berkeley graduate and non Berkeley graduate and analyzing the number of promotions each candidate achieves.
• WAHVE - Analyzing 8 years of data to learn what makes an employee a good candidate for remote working to ease their transition into retirement. Used feature engineering to make a model to predict if the candidate will qualify for remote working.
• 911 Report Call Times and Priority - Personal Project: Does the time of the emergency call correlate to a specific level of priori- ty; specifically, do callTimes that occur in the evening have higher priority than callTimes in the morning or the evening.
• Trump, Twitter, Text - Worked with the Twitter API in order to analyze Donald Trump's tweets. Found the amount of retweets for specific words Trump mentions in his tweets and plotting distributions for the tweet sentiments. To conclude, tweets with positive sentiments were known to be written by the cabinet and tweets with negative sentiments were posted from Trump. Relative Courses
