eSupplies is web-based application, its replacing existing supplies legacy application. eSupplies - FedEx Intranet system for use by FedEx employees. All customer requests are processed through a supply server and are transmitted to a regional Fulfillment center. The server will compare each customer’s supply order to his/her previous 90-days FedEx Express shipping history. The customer will be allocated supplies based on actual shipping history. If the supply order corresponds to the customer’s supply allotment, the fulfillment center will complete the order. Packing supplies, including black Airbills, are sent to FedEx Express customer via the E2 network; Preprinted Revenue documents are sent via the Overnight network, and Automation Products are set via FedEx Ground. When customer’s request exceeds his/her allotment (based on his/her previous 90-day shipment history with FedEx Express), the order will go through the customer supply exception process as follow

Responsibilities:

Work on Automation Testing using UFT and Selenium in creation of Automation Framework and development, maintenance and integration of UFT and ALM for script execution.

This project will upgrade NFCU’s Fedwire Automation System. Fedwire is the solution for bank wires, securities, Western Union cash transfers, and cashier’s checks not produced in our branch offices. The current system was developed in-house by NFCU and has proven challenging to update and expand to allow for continued growth, introduction of new services, and regulatory changes. The balancing and reporting functions are limited and are not conducive to ad-hoc or real time reporting. The replacement solution will accommodate both outbound and inbound wires and securities, will produce cashier’s checks, will support straight through processing of transactions with minimal manual intervention, will expand the electronic and automation of processes, facilitate system updates for new products, services and compliance with regulatory and network changes, provide for better fraud and risk mitigation, and is easily integrated with back office systems and other payment systems (such as Western Union’s Gateway Service).

Responsibilities:

Analyzing the Business requirement document for the Open Payment Framework product of FIS Global for the Fedwire, Western Union, Cashier’s Check and ACH payment types.

Work with Business Analysts to resolve all queries/questions related to requirements.
