Role & Responsibilities

1.Maintaining store records.

2. Check the Inward Gate Pass / Security Register at site.

3.To check material received quantities & specifications against order documents.

4.To maintain the filing system and stock records as per Company procedure

5.Proper specification in Purchase Order and obtained the necessary the documents like Challan, Bill, Royalty, Waybill and Certificates.

6.Receipt & Issue Material and Control of returnable and non-returnable items.

7.To supervise material receipt, unloading and placement in assigned storage location

8.Responsible for Identifying damage / shortage, proper Loading & unloading materials.

9.Fully aware with safety measures in store stock verification and legal aspects of storage.

10.Responsible for safety and security services in store.
