Prepared annual capital, operating and staffing budgets for the clinics and managing department. Conducted advanced practitioner contract negotiations and participated in bargaining unit and physician contract negotiations.

Developed essential relationships with the physicians to review individual productivity, clinic financials and addressed clinic operational opportunities and barriers to meet clinic objectives. Collaborated with other departmental managers and staff to develop and implement process improvement initiatives, which focused on the overall patient experience while tracking and maintaining high patient care quality scores.

Managed projects for the concept, construction, and opening of new clinics and new services focusing on the practice facility, staffing, medical equipment and licensure. Aligned clinic strategies to increase contribution margins for the hospital’s financial standing, vision and objectives.
