Data Analyst: Prepare tableau dashboards for development team to use on the field to maximize time spent with franchisees and their teams to increase profitability and sales. This also improved the quality of each visit the field consultants had to the stores by simplifying the bigger picture with data and placing all databases into 1 touch point for them. This would show key performance indicators (KPI) with customizable filters and development office tools.
LSM Captain: Champion the process for territory in applying for advertising money aid from the development office and Franchise World Headquarters (FWH). Coordinate with team members for content and prepare the monthly Central New York territory newsletter for all franchise owners and managers to stay up to date on what is most relevant to their business. These feature clickable content to resources, as well as consistently communicates most improved in specific areas to give praise. Partnership with Development Agent for Subway Development of CNY and Coca Cola to provide a store incentive program for shops that have increased drink units 15%, 20%, and 25% from last year drink units. Knife/Cut Safety Training: with collaboration of the Quality Training and Improvement Coordinator as part of my internship, provided basic hands-on knife skills and cut safety training to ALL full-time employees to increase awareness of knife and cutting hazards.
INTERNSHIP: Interned as well to learn marketing, residential, retail, and catering dining facilities. I learned basics of photographing and editing products to list on the store pages as well as menu content update onto the display monitors in facilities across campus. Learned the basics of inventory management and inputting recipes onto ChefTec system and placing orders. I also learned the basics of preparing for catering functions, including setup design, ordering to prepare for events for food, beverages and linens, staffing, and staging.
