Presently associated with Birla Corporation Ltd. Unit-Satna Cement Works as an Engineer (Operation & Maintenance) in RMHS system of Cement Production unit, Capacity 3.5 MTPA at Satna (M.P).

PROJECT EXPERIENCE

I worked in up gradation project of 2900 TPD to 5100 TPD clinker production. I looked after erection and commissioning of Belt bucket elevator, belt conveyor systrem, screw conveyor, air slide, BDC, rope way, vibro feeder, hammer crusher.

Erection & Commissioning of Coal Circular Stacker and reclaimer supplied by NHI China Capacity 20000 MT(Shenyang Mining Limited).

Erection & Commissioning of Wagon Tippler, Capacity 600TPH, supplied by Elecon India Ltd.

JOB RSPONSIBILITY

Erection, supervision, planning and inspection for all utilities.

Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring & Control and execution of project.

Coordination with Vendors and contractors.

Preparation of Progress reports, identifying bottlenecks & remedial measures, slippage solutions.

Dismantling of heavy equipments and machinery.

Drawing checking of erected and fabricated jobs.

Bill checking of various erection and fabrication as per drawing.

Preparation of the engineering & material status report.

Site co-ordination with the mechanical team.

Preparation and work as per bar chart.

MAINTAINANCE EXPERIENCE

I looked after maintenance of Hammer & Roller Crusher, Circular stacker reclaimer and Linear stacker reclaimer with auxiliaries like belt conveyors, bucket elevator (belt and chain), screw conveyor, air slide, oil pumps(gear pump and vane pump), accumulator, water pump, air blower, gear box.
