One of my proudest accomplishment was being recognized by the Corporate training team at the John Maxwell Company for Leadership. I lead our organization through the application, interviews, and selection process in which we were handpicked by John Maxwell. This was hand delivered by SVP of Corporate training Chris Goede and the accolade is still on their website.
WORK EXPERIENCE
RDI Corporation – Regional Director of Operations, September 2011–September 2019
As Regional Director of Operations I oversee multiple locations and adhere to a $15.5 Million budget accounting for 500 Employees. My locations accounted for 23% of the company’s revenue but achieved 44% of the entire company’s profit.
Springer Properties – Chief Strategic Officer (CSO)/Owner April 2017–Present
As CSO I have leveraged multiple channels; city grants, historical society, the county and state EDC along with private lending to double assets YOY and grow the net worth 2,100% in 2 years. Lawson Depot – General Manager
May 2007–June 2011
In this role I was responsible for every cost associated with the business. Using my resources I was able to generate new Workforce scheduling that cut labor cost by 30% the first year and additional by using data sheets and historical data we outperformed historical sales numbers by not running out of product.
