v Prepared of Material Inspection Report (Incase of QA/QC Manager approved). v Supervision of Material Control / Stores processes. v Supervision of timely Mobilization and Demobilization of project site stores, Physical Verification, Material Reconciliation, Documentation, Reporting, early detection of likely problems / operating issues in any project site.

v Create monthly reviews and reports focusing on overall Store functioning / Inventories/ Wastages/ Store Safety.

v Prepared of Audit Interface in Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, Health and Safety Audits etc. v Perform regular Review with sites / execution team to drive continuous improvements. v Supervision of material inward & issue in S.A.P System & Oracle Application. v Supervision of raw materials register.

v Supervision of material reconciliation, stock inventory and MRR. v Supervision of Daily maintaining of stock register. v Supervision of Weekly reconciliation or random checking of physical stock. v Supervision of Daily supplier bill hand over to account department. v Purchasing of short supply (out of BOQ).

v Supervision of Records maintained issued by client materials. v Monitor all movement of material from the warehouse to the department. v Identify part numbers, serial numbers and quantities and assure all match the accompanying paperwork.

v Ensure stock tickets are issued and communicated to Receiving Personnel (if variation). v Daily Consumable Reports to help expedite material, by coordinating with Buyers. v Supervision to prioritize and expedite “Hot List” material (Identified by Safety Dept). v Support material expediting and inspection release efforts when materials required for the site or department are at risk of delay.

v Daily Communicate with all levels of Management for pending material issues. v Support Physical Inventory efforts by organizing and separating inventory for non-stock items and reallocating or returning residual project material to warehouse. v Assist planners, as necessary, by closing work orders, resolving issues on the floor and expediting material.
