MAN is looking for a common approach to communicate to external Dealer Management Systems (DMS) for non-MAN

owned Dealers in the Warranty Department. This project involved building interfaces from Dealer Management System

to SAP ERP through SAP PI middleware. The interfaces included sending Vehicle Information data along with Service Information and Maintenance plan data, warranty claims simulation response and actual warranty claims response from

SAP ERP as per the request from DMS.
