Supply base rationalization / Supplier consolidation

Supplier Performance Evaluation thru “TQRDCM” (Reward/Penalty System).

Cost Management: Target setting and achieving CI (Cost Innovation 1.0 MUS$ for Y2014, 1.53 MUS$ in 2015, Target for 2016 is 4.5 MUS$) for the department as well as each team member and helping them to achieve the same.

Inventory Management: Excess Inventories are the graveyard for the Business. Believing on this concept forming the companies inventory Plan is the key responsibility of my team.
