Order raw material stage jobs at each machine by priority.
Assist sales with RFQ’s schedule weekly production meeting with lead persons and sales. Provide a weekly production schedule to buyer to inform them of delivery date, as well as discuss any concern the buyer may have.

Responsible for scheduling the shop for Valves such as Slide Valve, Butterfly Valves, DDFG, DDTC, and Goggle Valves.
Scheduled turn-around for various valves, and planned scheduling using E2 software package, and Microsoft Project.
Conducted production meetings to review the proposed schedule with the department heads, and posting the approved schedule throughout the shop.
Also, scheduled work to be done by outside vendors.
Assisted Project Management in contacting customer on any concerns or problems, and reported to the pertinent department heads when customer deadlines were behind schedule, and designed a recovery plan to ensure valves are delivered on time.
Review engineering drawing to the BOM to purchased material from various vendors to be machined in house/ outside vendors and negotiate cost.
Provided the department heads with a weekly schedule for jobs that were to be run through the shop on a weekly basis.
Conducted weekly meetings with the department heads to go over their respective departments, and to ensure that the departments were on schedule. If not, discuss what can we do to get back on schedule for a on time delivery.
