Scope/Description: This is a Drainage project that provides vital drainage infrastructure for the southern part of Doha. This will be including major deep tunnel sewer and advanced sewage treatment works. The Programme will provide a long-term wastewater treatment solution to serve the needs of Doha, Al Wakra and Messaieed. Responsibilities: My responsibilities as document control specialist to maintain the accuracy of projects document control systems ACONEX, SharePoint & Correspondence Tracking System (CTS). Responsible for Lateral Interceptor Sewer Project (LIS-01, LIS-02 & LIS-03 Contracts and IDRIS Programme - PMC & Generals) received documents, reports, and correspondence and for maintaining documentation. Reviewing documents from Contractors Submittals, Correspondences, Monthly Reports, Minutes of Meeting, Daily & Weekly Reports, Site Inspection Report (SIR), Material Inspection Report (MIR), Site Observation Report (SOR), Request for Information (RFI) and Work Inspection Report (WIR). Logging and transmitting document through the use of Aconex system. To generate outstanding Correspondence Report to PMC staff through Aconex Dashboard on daily basis. Weekly distribution of non-objected and completed documents to the Client. Coordinating to the Client, PMC, Supervision Consultant and Contractor.

Scope/Description: This is a multi-billion project with an estimated budget of approximately 2 Billion Qatar Riyal. Consists of different packages ranging from construction of roads, bridges and other infrastructures, Lusail Development will be a forefront of the ever-changing facet of the North of Doha. Responsibilities: Responsible to maintain all documents of the project through the use of electronic register and Aconex. Responsible of the routing and ensuring the flow of documents to the appropriate Project Managers for preparation, processing and filling. Logging and transmitting document through the use of Aconex. Updating the incoming and outgoing register. Preparing, formatting and procedure of all outgoing correspondence, minutes of meeting, report and other submissions. Assisting technical manager on preparation of the monthly report, receiving, counter checking, and distribution of the documents to the assign engineer’s. Keep track of all types of submittal for approval. Received and distribute all engineering subcontractor’s Drawings, Specifications, Technical, Request for Inspection (RFI), Method Statement, Material Submittal, Administrative and reference document as per agreed in distribution matrix. Ensures that e-document identical to the original document (Hardcopy – Master copy). Provides and support the Engineers and SRE with incoming and outgoing correspondence. File the documents in a way for easy retrieval and tracing. Preparing monthly summary for all the staff for invoice to be submitted to the client. Manage the workflow of the documents and folders and maintain database, keep tract for all types of submittal for approval. To keep track outgoing / incoming documents by records/filling the hard copy and softcopy. Performs other administrative responsibilities associated with the project.
