Investigate the customer complaints related to manufacturing defects and providing the CA report to internal Team.

Generate, optimize and keep SMT programs updated, ensuring all SMT processes are running within specified quality targets, initiate actions to meet the test requirements and specifications from customers, ensuring backup.

Give training about ESD to the Operator’s to know the severity of the ESD, Train operators to follow check to check method.

Initiate team members to works with kaizan and give communication about line/product.
