Managed end to end PMO activities for transitions for finance and accounting projects for a telecom customer based out of Caribbean island to move services from 23 onsite locations to a single offshore location. Scope included transition of five work-streams that were accounts payable, collections, billings, banking and general ledgers.

Managed a resourcing project to track and monitor the capacity and demand planning from central PMO office for inter-organization global projects via Clarity PPM tool, liaised with the HR team in providing the estimates on demand, role and people requirements.
Managed projects from central PMO office, assisted in preparing reports, documents, SOW and other project related standard documents.
