Related Experience: 30 Years OJT trainer and supervisor in the FAA (Air Traffic Control). 2 years Training Specialist at Houston Intercontinental ATC Tower/Tracon. 4 years “Go Fish” contract managing volunteers and training them to provide instruction to youth in fishing. I was responsible for the recruitment of the volunteers while promoting the events on local radio and in the newspaper. I have been employed at Texas State Technical College as and instructor for 4.5 years and currently as the Veterans Program Administrator for 9 months.
Management: I have been hired to manage a wide variety of businesses and government entities. I have risen to the occasion by learning the organization and then managing the resources both fiscal and personnel. I am a fast learner and motivated individual that takes pride in the success of my endeavors. I use sales techniques every day in recruitment and program growth.
